Dec 30, 2020 09:01 PMI f I recall correctly, the decedent was one of two people who did a home invasion and shot an individual in his own home. The victim's father armed himself and fired on the invaders, fatally wounding one. The other suspect was taken into custody. If this is the true story, then the suspect arrested will be charged with at least attempted murder, and likely with murder because his partner died. Whether or not the father is charged depends on a number of factors TBD from the investigation.
