Emergency personnel are on the scene of a vehicle rollover that crashed into a power pole on N. San Marcos Road in Santa Barbara.
At 3:41 p.m. Wednesday, California Highway Patrol, Santa Barbara County Fire, Los Padres Fire, and AMR ambulance responded to the 2000 block of N. San Marcos Road for a single vehicle collision.
The vehicle reportedly struck a power pole and rolled onto its side. The solo occupant sustained minor injuries, while the vehicle sustained major damage, according to CHP.
Power lines were down in the area prompting a hard closure of the roadway in both directions.
Southern California Edison responded to the scene. The cause of the collision is under investigation.
