Santa Barbara City firefighters responded to the 2100 block of Gillespie for a vehicle fire on Friday morning, reports KEYT News.
Around 10:45 a.m., crews responded to the scene as the fire spread from the vehicle to a nearby fence. Firefighters prevented the fire from spreading any further.
It was determined a van had caught fire as it was parked near a fence. The surrounding homes were not affected.
