Santa Barbara County and Lompoc firefighters responded to a vehicle collision with a power pole in Lompoc late Saturday.
At 10:21 p.m., crews arrived on Purisima Road to find a single vehicle collision with a solo adult male trapped inside.
It took crews approximately 30 minutes to extricate the driver who was then transported by an ambulance to Marian Regional Medical Center with moderate injuries.
The vehicle appeared to have struck a power pole then rolled onto its side, according to County Fire Captain Scott Safechuck.
Purisima Road was closed for a period of time and has been reopened.
