So sad! For victim and driver, I walk my baby stroller down there every day, and always see someone jaywalking there every day, I know at that hour it is still pretty dark, especially this am. RIP to victim,

We need more traffic police because obviously people cant be trusted to drive safely when conditions are not absolutely stellar.

That would probably involve dealing with the homeless encampment that this guy was likely crossing from to get his morning coffee at McDonalds. Or we could just get a crossing guard for them.
