Ok folks so here’s the deal…there is an app on most peoples smart phones called Waze. This app will direct drivers out of freeway traffic onto side roads. This app has identified Coast Village as an alternate route. It’s the way of the world now as much as it’s a drag to us locals.
Non injury but vehicles blocking.
