On 10/31/2025, at about 11:20 P.M., deputies from the Headquarters Station responded to the 2400-block of E. Channel Islands Blvd, in the unincorporated area of Oxnard, reference a subject with a firearm threatening to shoot subjects at a party.
Upon arrival, deputies saw several subjects fleeing the area. As deputies were searching for the suspect, they located an adult male suffering from gunshot wounds, and the deputies immediately started to treat the victim. As deputies continued the search, additional gunshots were heard in the area and deputies located a second adult male suffering from gunshot wounds. Both victims were transported via ambulance to a local hospital for medical care. The victims were treated and are in stable condition.
Detectives are actively investigating this shooting and are asking for the public’s assistance for any information regarding the incident.
