The San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Office on November 4, 2025, arrested two Los Angeles men in connection with pharmacy burglaries in Nipomo and Templeton.

The Sheriff’s Office made the arrests with assistance from the California Highway Patrol.

Connection Between the Nipomo and Templeton Burglaries

Sheriff’s deputies responded around 4:40 a.m. to a burglary in progress at a pharmacy in the 600 block of West Tefft Street in Nipomo.

As deputies were headed to the scene, the California Highway Patrol also responded. When a CHP officer arrived, the suspects were still on the site and attempted to flee on foot. One of the suspects was arrested in the nearby area following a brief chase.

Sheriff’s deputies observed a vehicle leaving the area that appeared connected to the crime. They initiated a traffic stop and detained the driver, who was the vehicle’s sole occupant.

Detectives determined the detained driver was directly linked to the Nipomo burglary based on evidence recovered from the vehicle.

Further investigation linked the same suspects to another pharmacy burglary, which also occurred earlier the same morning in Templeton, in the 1300 block of Las Tablas Road.

According to detectives, the burglary in Templeton occurred before the Nipomo incident, based on the findings and evidence collected at both scenes.

Suspects Identified

The suspects have been identified as 32-year-old Andre Story and 41-year-old Brandon Williams, both from the Los Angeles area. They were booked into the San Luis Obispo County Jail on charges of burglary and conspiracy.

Both men remain in custody as the investigation continues.

The Sheriff’s Office also thanked the California Highway Patrol for the rapid response and assistance.
