Two COVID-19 Deaths and 51 New Cases

This is an article focusing on a CDC plot of deaths for the course of this virus. This epidemic appears to be past past its expiration date. It’s not March anymore, and according to the graph it’s not even June anymore. It’s time to start living again folks. *** The usual suspects will trash the source because it’s not NPR, NYT, or CNN. Everyone else look at the plot in the article because it puts a lot Of things in perspective.

But of course, americanthinker is a wonderful primary source for epidemiology. For rational people, not so much:
"The magazine has been described as a conservative blog. Right Wing Watch points out that American Thinker has published an excessively complimentary piece on a white nationalist, claimed women ruined public discourse by complaining about rape, and asserted that rainbow-colored Doritos are a "gateway snack to introduce children to the joys of homosexuality". The site has published falsehoods about climate change."

Or go here. Trump even used to quote the IHME. Check out the 'living as normal' graph ..

What's the result of 11,000 cases wandering around with exponential infection potential? Ah, who cares? It's only people dying, and it will cut down on the unemployment rate.

And in other news, >11,000 college students on more than a dozen campuses test positive for Covid-19 without a single hospitalization. *** **** Someone give Newsome a flashlight and show him the bogeyman under the bed is gone.

That report must be part of Zerohedge's expansion from egotarian economics into conspiracy memes.

@ LOCALINSB that's one of the PRIMARY reasons we're in this mess. Had he been honest and straightforward about the risk and what we need to do to protect ourselves, you know like a president, we'd have started nipping this in the bud a long time ago. Imagine if his followers thought the virus was real from the get go? Imagine if we didn't spend months and months with 1/3 of American's convinced this was a hoax and no worse than the flu? His flock listens to him. If he would have said back in February or March to take it seriously, mask up, etc etc and NOT told them it was just a "liberal hoax," we'd be in a completely different situation than we are now. This mess is 100% his fault. He KNEW it was deadly and chose to downplay it. He alone is responsible for most of those deaths. He's definitely for all those deaths at Sturgis, Florida, Texas, and everywhere else that Republicans have ignored this deadly virus because their leader told them to. Trump killed them. He needs to be held accountable.

Trump is far too unintelligent to have the God-like power you ascribe to him. A dundering fool who made things worse with this virus? Of course. But there are so many other sources of information that were out there, smart people didn't listen to the orange one. States have power to act independently of Trump. Other countries, not ruled by Trump got blindsided and highly impacted as well. It will be easier to get rid of Trump if we think and act calmly, realistically, and without hyberbole. We don't want to be like him!

ANACTUAL - Yeah, I remember. So what? That was in January and they barely knew anything about it. This was the President of our country downplaying it even when he KNEW it was deadly and more dangerous than the flu. HE LIED to his followers. He told them over and over again for months and months not to wear masks, not to worry, it's just a hoax, it's no worse than the flu, go back to work, back to church, etc etc etc - he freaking LIED and people DIED. No, this isn't some bs partisan thing. This is your president LYING to us about a deadly virus and almost 200K people in his country have now died.

You do remember that the top health advisor of the US was downplaying Covid in January? You do remember that the media was downplaying Covid as a rumors in January? Preferably a right conspiracy theory to delude from the impeachment originating from the well known image boards?

Amusing to see how twisted some people minds are.

"jk its whatever CNN says"

Anyone catch the news the the orange guy in the White House intentionally downplayed the virus? My guess is that's one of the reasons that the disease is widespread here and we won't be getting out of the purple zone anytime soon. Winter is coming and we have seen the results of local college students behaving badly, schools reopening or all the holiday get-togethers from now through next year. It's all so disappointing.

9:10 PM - At first I thought you were claiming to be a scientist, but soon realized that the AN was a prefix:
an- 1. a prefix occurring before stems beginning with a vowel or h in loanwords from Greek, where it means “not,” “without,” “lacking” (anarchy; anecdote); used in the formation of compound words: anelectric.

ANALSCIENTIST-If Trump had closed inbound travel 2 weeks earlier, and promoted wearing masks to mitigate the virus we would have 80,000 less deaths. Sounds like you like the cult.

So all the Trump people on the protests of the streets of LA recently? Right before the infections were spiking? 100.000 on Hollywood blvd?

All the Trump people in LA in general that spread it? In Santa Maria?

If that's true, I guess Trump will win with a landslide this year.
