Go to the City of SB website and launch MAPS:
https://www.santabarbaraca.gov/services/maps/default.asp

Click the + next to vegetation
Underneath, click "Tree Inventory"
Zoom in, and you can tree ID to your heart's content - City street trees, that is.

Track down a copy of Trees of Santa Barbara, maybe SB Botanic Garden has it.

We moved here recently and wonder all the time what kind of trees we're seeing around town. What a great service, thanks for sharing!
