As forecasted the March 13 article by Edhat Staff, the total lunar eclipse turned out to be a wonderful spectacle under clear skies. Here is the image I made at 11:50 P.M.using an 800mm lens mounted on a motor drive. Note that the relatively long exposure of 1 second made it possible to see the background stellar field.
