Three Injured in Santa Maria Shooting

These punks running around shooting each other are getting out of hand. They don't even realize how stupid and worthless they are.

The number of victims is also a give-away. How about getting gangs to provide their own battlefield medics? Provide the medical training for whomever they designate, give them some initial supplies and a number to call when they need to buy more and the same price ERs pay. Let <them> pay for their hobby instead of the general public.

A real tip-off when victims don't call 911 but instead get taken POV to the ER. Says 'Gang' all over it. Next step; the victims can't provide any info on the shooters.
