Santa Barbara County Firefighters have extinguished a three-acre brush fire off SR-246 on Saturday afternoon.
Crews responded to the area of Santa Rita Road between Lompoc and Buellton at 1:52 p.m. and discovered the brush fire growing in light fuel.
Within 30 minutes crews were able to stop the forward progress of the fire.
There were no injuries or structures damaged.
Units will remain on the scene for mop up.
The cause is under investigation.
