Piroshky Piroshky, Seattle’s famed pastry shop, is making a stop in Santa Barbara at a pop-up in February.
Piroshky Piroshky will be bringing its Eastern European-inspired baked goods to Brass Bear Brewing on February 13, 2026, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., it announced on its website. Customers can choose from a wide variety of piroshky, ranging from sweet to savory, vegetarian to meat options, and monthly selections.
All orders will have to be placed by 3:30 a.m. on February 11, 2026.
A woman-owned small business run by Olga Sagan, Piroshky Piroshky opened its flagship store at the iconic Pike Place Market in Seattle in 1992 in an effort to introduce the Eastern European flavor to the Pacific Northwest.
The small bakery has since grown into a tourist attraction in Seattle, with the shop making 32 types of piroshky every day by hand, according to Pike Place Market’s website.
Available in both sweet and savory options, a piroshky is a turnover sandwich that is typically fried or baked. A popular street food in Russia and Ukraine, piroshky is usually eaten by hand without plates or flatware.

While the sandwich is typically made using traditional recipes, Piroshky Piroshky adds a spin to it by infusing local flavors in the fillings, according to its website. The shop continues to offer some traditional Russian classics, with several variations that celebrate regional ingredients, including some vegan friendly items.
Each pastry is handmade and hand-folded into the unique piroshky shapes, according to its website.
Some of the best selling piroshky include the cinnamon cardamom braid, chocolate cream hazelnut roll, beef and cheese piroshky, smoked salmon pate piroshky, and the potato and cheese piroshky.
Santa Barbarans can also try savory options, such as potato and mushroom piroshky, chicken, curry and rice piroshky, cheddar garlic roll, ham, spinach and cheese piroshky, spiced garden curry, and the bacon, hash brown, egg and cheese piroshky.
For those with a sweet tooth, check out the apple cinnamon roll, almond vanilla piroshky, Moscow roll, and the rhubarb piroshky.
Piroshky Piroshky also offers a range of monthly specials. Some of the items that can be enjoyed this month include the Dubai chocolate, chicken pot pie piroshky, and the orange cream piroshky.
In addition to the freshly baked Piroshky, the shop also offers a make-your-own jalapeno and cheddar sausage roll kit and piroshky dough.
Piroshky Piroshky also delivers nationally to all states, except Alaska and Hawaii.
