The annual Lompoc Flower Festival event taking place on Saturday, June 22 will result in the closure of Highway 1 between Ocean Avenue (Highway 246) and North Avenue, and the closure of Ocean Avenue between F Street and R Street from 5 am to 2 pm.
Travelers heading east on Ocean Avenue may detour by turning right on R Street, left on Olive Avenue, and left on F Street. Travelers heading west on Ocean Avenue may detour by turning left on F Street, right on Olive Avenue, and right on R Street.
Travelers heading south on Hwy. 1 may detour using North Avenue. Travelers heading north on Hwy. 1 may detour using Olive Avenue.
Detour and road closure signs will be in place to direct travelers.
