After the storm we got this especially clear view from Carp to SB. That was capped by seeing water in Tangerine Falls, bringing the hope of the orange color returning. There's more green in the hills there too, especially to the West where the Thomas Fire was finally cooling down before they stopped most of it at Gibraltar Road. We got an update on Miramar construction too. Anyone interested in pix of the Carp Salt Marsh & 101 work or the San Ysidro Inn, Casa de Maria or SBHS stadium work?

It's great that you, John, provide so much information about the buildings in our area. It's fun to see progress. We've got lots of rain headed our way Wed/Thurs and there will be more waterfalls to see. Gratitude in advance.

John, I, for one, would like to see all the photos you have. Always interesting. I'd especially like to see the Miramar since I grew up next door. Disturbing to see what they are doing now but I guess that's "progress".

John, You are welcome to fly over our house any time you want to. From this photo of Carp it looks like you did go over ours a minute after taking this shot.

Great photos! And nice to hear Tangerine has some water flowing, hopefully more to come soon.

Picture yourself in a plane with John Wiley
With tangerine trees and marmalade skies
Somebody calls you, you answer quite clearly
He posts all the photos we prize
