Swan Spotted at Andree Clark Bird Refuge

[On Tuesday] at 10:30am, a large white swan was spotted swimming in the bird refuge. In talking with a city worker, they stated that it showed up Monday the 20th, in the far parking lot.

The city workers contacted the Santa Barbara Zoo, to see if they had lost a swan. The zoo stated that they had all of their swans accounted for and that swans are migratory.

It is such a treat to see such a majestic bird in our own back yard.
