Suspect Arrested in Commercial Burglary Investigation

The suspect sought in connection to a commercial burglary from the below media release was arrested by Santa Barbara Police Department Detectives on 02/20/2018.  Items stolen from the victim business during the burglary were recovered at the time of arrest.  In addition, property items from a residential burglary reported earlier in the day on 02/20/2018 were also recovered in the suspects possession.  The suspect, who is on active parole was identified as 29 year old Dylan Sulit-Swalley of Santa Barbara.  See the attached booking photo.  There is no additional information available for release at this time.

The Santa Barbara Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the male suspect pictured in the attached video and still image. The male is suspected of committing a 459 PC, Commercial Burglary of a local Santa Barbara business on February 8, 2018. The male stole several iMac computers and other accessories from the business.   1. I think it looks like a female, too. Especially in the way s/he moves. As to the “bump” someone euphemistically termed a flat butt, I’ve been in many women’s changing rooms many women are narrow-hipped and flat in back.
