Suicide Attempt on 700 Block of Spring Street

Subject attempted suicide by slashing his wrists and told reporting party he has a shotgun on the 700 Block of Spring street. Santa Barbara Fire department and SBPD have responded on scene and medics are staged.Now he is saying he has no weapons at this time, police are attempting to communicate now landline.
