These homeless camps full of substance abuse who do not want to follow rules of shelters. They are the worst of the worst. Every day I see some moron handing cash to these people who act sad at 101 off ramps. It makes people feel good about themselves that they “helped” someone in need. That money goes directly to the drug dealer who continues to aid the homeless people in self destruction. The only person you are helping is the drug dealer.
