RogerCode 211: Strong arm robbery in the 600 block of North Milpas Street. The suspect is described as a Hispanic Male Adult (HMA) around age 45 with brown hair and thin beard wearing a long sleeve blue shirt, dark pants, Nikes and riding a grey trike bicycle. If you see him call 911, he is a Robbery Suspect.

Lol great job, SBPD. I called 911 in the middle of the day when a homeless crazy man pulled his pants down in front of SB High School and was yelling obscenities at kids and parents. After explaining the circumstances, the dispatcher calmly told me there were no units available. They must have been busy writing parking tickets, getting coffee, or chasing middle-aged thieves on tricycles.
