Stolen Property Returned to Victims

Between 2-9-20 and 2-10-20, Officers responded to five different automobile burglaries where the suspect left the scene prior to their arrival. A witness described the suspect and the suspect’s vehicle.

On 2-10-20, the suspect attempted to use stolen credit cards at a local store and was apprehended. A search warrant was authored for the suspect’s vehicle and property from the automobile burglaries was located in the suspect’s vehicle. The stolen property was confiscated and returned to the owners. Additional stolen property was booked into evidence.

Great teamwork between patrol officers and detectives.
