Source: Caltrans

A project to maintain the liners within drainage culverts near Highway 154 in various locations from the Cold Spring Canyon Bridge to just south of Camino Cielo Road will begin on Monday, Nov. 19.

Motorists will encounter a closure of the No. 2 lane in each direction of Hwy. 154 Monday through Friday from 9 am until 3 pm within the sections of passing lanes and locations where the highway is two lanes in each direction.

In addition, motorists will encounter one-way reversing traffic control Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm in sections where the highway is one lane in each direction.  Motorists can expect delays not to exceed 10 minutes.

The contractor for this $291,000 project is Conley General Engineering of Santa Cruz, CA. This project is expected to be completed next month, weather permitting.

Caltrans reminds motorists to move over and slow down when driving through highway work zones.
