Santa Barbara Police are investigating an incident where a man was stabbed on Saturday evening.
Officers and medics responded to the Funk Zone neighborhood just after 8:00 p.m. at the corner of State and Mason Streets.
A 24-year-old man was found with stab wounds. He was transported to Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital by a ground ambulance with minor to moderate injuries that are not life-threatening.
Police have yet to release more information on the incident but do not have a reason to believe this was gang-related.
