Stabbing Arrest in Santa Maria

On 11-4-17 at about 2303 Hrs. officers responded to multiple calls of a fight int he area of Fesler and Mary. Officers arrived in the area and detained several individuals that were attempting to flee on foot. A victim was located who had received multiple serious stab wounds to his head, face and body. 

Evidence and witnesses at the scene established that Juan Salas Valdez 26 years of Santa Maria was the responsible party. Salas Valdez was booked at the Santa Barbara County Jail on charges of attempted murder.(664/187 P.C.).
