SpaceX launched 25 Starlink internet satellites to low-Earth orbit at 7:00 a.m. PT on Sunday, March 8, 2026, from Space Launch Complex 4 East at Vandenberg, the company said.
The Falcon 9 first stage supporting the mission flew for the seventh time. According to SpaceX, the booster’s flight history includes Sentinel-6B, Twilight, and five Starlink missions. After stage separation, the first stage landed on the droneship “Of Course I Still Love You,” stationed in the Pacific Ocean.
SpaceX noted that residents in Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, and Ventura counties may have heard one or more sonic booms associated with the launch, depending on weather and other conditions.
The next launches from Vandenberg Space Force Base are scheduled for March 13, March 16, and March 20.
