On Monday, February 10 at 6:09 p.m., Falcon 9 launched 23 Starlink satellites to low-Earth orbit from Space Launch Complex 4 East (SLC-4E) at Vandenberg Space Force Base.

This was the 23rd flight for the first stage booster supporting this mission, which previously launched NROL-153, NROL-87, NROL-85, SARah-1, SWOT, Transporter-8, Transporter-9, NROL-146, Bandwagon-2, and now 14 Starlink missions.

SpaceX Launch Rescheduled for Monday Afternoon

SpaceX is now targeting Monday, February 10 for a Falcon 9 launch of 23 Starlink satellites to low-Earth orbit from Space Launch Complex 4 East at Vandenberg Space Force Base.

Liftoff is targeted for 3:46 p.m.. If needed, additional launch opportunities are also available on Tuesday, February 11 starting at 3:19 p.m.


SpaceX Launch Scheduled for Sunday Afternoon

A SpaceX Falcon 9 launch of Starlink satellites from Space Launch Complex 4 East at Vandenberg Space Force Base is scheduled for Sunday, February 9.

The launch window opens at 4:03 p.m., with backup opportunities available until 8:03 p.m. If needed, additional launch opportunities are also available Monday, February 10 starting 3:41 p.m.

A live webcast of this mission will begin about five minutes prior to liftoff, which you can watch at https://www.spacex.com/launches/mission/?missionId=sl-11-10 and on X @SpaceX.

Following stage separation, the first stage will land on the Of Course I Still Love You droneship, which will be stationed in the Pacific Ocean.

There is the possibility that residents of Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, and Ventura counties may hear one or more sonic booms during the launch, but what residents experience will depend on weather and other conditions.

  1. The chat session on the YouTube viewing saying the same thing I was thinking…. That was the best one yet (if there is such a classification). I was able to actually visually watch/see the stage separations, pretty cool. Didn’t hear anything other than call-outs and explanations, maybe it’s my hearing…
