  1. There is nothing paranoid when it comes to fire they are unpredictable and violent there is no controlling a fire guy who lives near one of these camps told me 3 times his house has been on fire. 3 times. wanna call people names make your address public so we can tell the campers they have a new place to camp.

  2. Another fire by tracks. I don’t like the term “warming” fire. That’s an assumption. Maybe it was a __practice fire__ started by a violent person who wants to kill thousands of people and burn our town down. What would that fire be called. Maybe he’s just waiting for a hot, dry, windy day.

  4. I’m a homeowner in Santa Barbara who worked for 40 years to save enough to live here. I had to retire before I could live here and am hoping my house doesn’t burn down from any one of these many fires started by many drug-fueled home encampments. I also don’t want to see any deaths, theirs or ours, from these fires.

  5. Last week I had a craving for sweet potato casserole. (And, no —- no marshmallow topping.) Unfortunately, I let mine bake for over four hours instead of the recommended 30 mins @ 350ºF. Some of the innards were salvagable and edible, but extra light and puffy. Oops.
