“The Block Party scheduled for Small Business Saturday has been canceled due to expected rain, but please join us for Small Business Saturday and shop local in Downtown Santa Barbara. we will be at Paseo Nuevo and Marshall’s with a prize wheel and coupons & discounts from area businesses and holiday horns will be celebrating the holiday season at The Marshall’s Patio.”
