Small Brush Fire in Montecito

I drove past at 9:30am, it was a downed tree that hit power lines. the fire dept blocked the road off. when i drove past again at 10:15 looked like they had the tree moved out of the road not sure about the status of the fire or how long power was out (which I'm assuming happened with downed power lines)
