On Saturday, April 10, 2021, I shot a video of what appeared to be a mangy and emaciated coyote in Isla Vista at the crossing of Los Carneros and Mesa. The time was 1:38 PM. The animal was moving toward the Storke Family Student Housing Apartments. It wasn’t aggressive, but also not exactly bothered by me or the traffic.
