Does anyone know why a Sheriff’s helicopter is circling Winchester Canyon? It’s been circling a while now.

People in the S.Y. Valley get totally fluffed when a chopper flies around. The Sheriffs Dept. helos are based at S.Y. International Airport and yet people come unglued. The online queries start flowing like beer at a frat party.
Well when a copter is circling over a semi-isolated community for 15 minutes or so, it does raise eyebrows.
Maybe they where making sure the local wild life was social distancing
Why are County Helo’s based in Santa Ynez-be better if at City of SB Airport (better to serve Santa Barbara-not all gang banger north county stabbing and shootings)
