A semi-truck blocked southbound lanes of Highway 101 near El Capitan Ranch after rolling over on Wednesday.
At 4:57 p.m., Santa Barbara County firefighters responded to the area just south of El Capitan.
Crews found the driver and solo occupant of the truck was out of the vehicle and uninjured.
Both southbound lanes were blocked for a period of time as California Highway Patrol directed traffic to continue on the shoulder of the highway.
CHP is investigating this incident.
