Trying to figure this one out…. …Maybe,it was one of those work trucks I’ve seen over there?? …. Unless, it was a truck that figured out, a little too late, that they wouldn’t fit under the bridge, and backed up….??? I’ve seen other cities with that same issue, and they installed several structures few miles before that underpass, so the trucks will know if they will fit …. What’s taking SB so long to figure this one out? Reminds me of the Castillo fwy underpass, and the water issue. I saw youtube videos of concrete that absorbs hundreds of gallons of water, in seconds….. But, SB still went with the regular stuff, which failed. wasted a lot of money ….. till they finally got it right.
