Scanner Reports 9-2-19

By Roger the Scanner Guy

You meet all kinds of weirdos on Facebook, well you don’t actually meet them but shoot the breeze with them. “Hi, How are you fine?” then move on until one day they post something you might have an opinion on, you voice it, then things get a little weird. It happened to me over the weekend when I had an opinion on whether or not police officers should have access to Military-style weapons. I believe they should, these people DID NOT. My reasoning that the crooks have these weapons the police should too things got weird real quick, my so-called friend started talking all this weird paranoid mind game type crap. He wrote my name and started writing some weird code. I blocked his ass quick that’s alright I’m not a member of the democratic, republican, or the Thorazine party you can start without me. If police officers did not have sufficient firepower to serve and protect they’d get overrun by the Thorazine party even if they do shuffle. “Who are you really Roger Dodger How come you have 3 accounts with 3 different pictures of you on Facebook are you a member of ……” Click Bye Bye.  I  have 3 accounts on Facebook because I cannot figure out how to get rid of them, I no longer have access weirdos geez…Go Away!

On FRYday evening I heard a call in the 100 Block of North Milpas, one of my favorite blocks, that there was a possibility of trespassers in a vacant house it sounded that way as more SBPD units responded to the scene. K-9 went in I heard no more because it was Beddy Bye time and off I went before I could hear the rest. The Address is 111 North Milpas, used to be a Hostel. I did not know it had closed but it had, before that it was the Rape Crisis Center. After it had been the Rape Crisis center it was a squatterville shooting gallery, needles all over the place, toilets in the back of the structure overflowing with feces it was horrible then I took pictures of it all and sent E-mails to several important Santa Barbarians I thought would do something about it. Edhat had it posted all except for the sloppy Joe shots in the toilet. Within 2 days there was a chain-link fence over 2 properties I wrote about, guess I ought to get my camera out again. There are many vacant properties in Santa Barbara that squatters illegally enter to stay in. It’s too bad people cannot do the right thing like approach the owner of the structures and building sit to keep squatters out until a place is ready to rent again. It’s too bad these squatters, and campers don’t clean up after themselves and leave their garbage all over the place for others to pick up. I never found out for sure if there were squatters inside 111 North Milpas FRYday Evening but I believe there were…..Here are your Scanner Reports

  1. Can’t really clear those encampments….. just moves them to another unsuitable location, that’s just as bad as where they are camping. Might be better to educate them on how to control a cooking fire, and educate them on the rustic method of pooping & pissing….. dig a hole, poop pee, then fill the hole back up with dirt. Or, better yet, send them to live on the properties of all the politicians that are not dealing with the homeless problems. I’ll chip-in for that !!!!!!

  2. If I were a younger man strong like I was then here is what I would do. Request funding for a work truck with a big bed in it, funding for expenses also request volunteers to give this town a good cleaning from all camps I think about 500 volunteers would do it everytime one popped up and no one was there to guard it littering just cleaning up someone else’s mess. Enough is enough.

  3. Is it just me or do others notice that homeless camps are really starting to be problematic due to fires, train safety, garbage debris, the public’s safety, etc?
I’m for the clearing of ALL camps due to these issues. I’m sure the public knows the location of many even when the authorities do not due to being near neighborhoods & businesses. Call them in.
