Scanner Reports 6-10-19

By Roger the Scanner Guy

“No justice, no sleep…” That’s what I was thinking Sunday morning around 3:30 am after hearing what sounded like a group of drunks yelling, then a cat howling in pain. I called 911 for the cat but they were too busy, so I had to go out but I did not go rightaway because I’m old and not able to walk so well. Last thing I want is to fall down because there I’d be. It happened earlier around 2:40 or so; I could not tell which way they went from the sound, but after walking around a bit it had to be Cacique I walked all over looking for the cat never found it, I was up all night after that No Justice No Sleep I couldn’t get to sleep after hearing that poor cat cry so I just sat here listening to calls.

On FRYday I heard a racket out in the yard, I did not know what was going on so I went out to look and there was a man with a portapotty on a dolly in our yard. I asked him if I could help him, he asked if it was ok to park here a minute, he had to deliver the portapotty next door, I said “Of Course.” I followed wondering why they were ordering a portapotty when they already had a bathroom there? The bathroom next door was no more, totally boarded up, and there was a sign there that read “This property under video surveillance” there was a camera near by. I guess the bathroom was finally destroyed by the people that were using it in the middle of the night. I heard weird noises out there at night, one recent morning I went over to look at it, the door had been torn off and it was covered in crap, it’s too bad. Jim Thatan Senior built that bathroom a couple years before he passed away so the homeless would have a place to go to the bathroom, at least they did not destroy it until after he was gone. That explains why I found dookey in the yard the other day; I buried it and told the neighbors. Some of them are getting cameras, I cannot afford one right now, but since I don’t sleep much anymore what the hell… Here is your Scanner Reports…

I’m really tired after not sleeping half of the night. I went to Rite Aide first thing after they opened and got some stuff I wanted; found the movie “The last boy scout” on DVD. That will be a treat to watch again, hard to believe it’s 30 years old, and I’m 30 years older… The other day I was going through some old boxes and found an old am-fm radio, finally I can listen to that KNX Radio show; hopefully this one will do the trick. Along with the radio I found “Love is a Dog from Hell.” Poems 1974-1977 Charles Bukowski. The first time I ever went into the Earthling Book Store I saw that book almost 40 years ago now, Oh I feel so Old… Anyway Have a great MONday-MONday…Peter, Molly, Belinda, Angel Baby, Pooh Bear, Midnight, Merlin, Shadow, FREDDIE!
