Scanner Reports 5-30-18

By Roger the Scanner Guy

Seems to me that we keep doing things wrong to ensure the future need for solutions. I used to really hate hearing that saying of insanity, “Doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results.” It’s true though, that saying and our solutions that merit insanity? Band aids, we cover everything up with band aids in hope that it will hold long enough to be someone else’s responsibility. An example of this is politics during the politicians term, the problem (whatever it is) comes up they slap a band aid over it, it looks good for a while, starts going to hell about the time someone else gets voted in then it’s their turn to slap a band aid on it. Some of the solutions are to throw more money into the problem hiring others to cure the problem which then becomes another industry of sorts, next thing ya know there is a shit load of people working and going to college to be trained in finding a solution to the problem and there is no solution it grows bigger and bigger more money gets thrown at it more band aids slapped on it so on and so forth forever and ever. With each new politician and all their bull crap promises believed and accepted as truth so help me DOG! We all end up in the bucket together once again all of us and I really don’t want to be in the Bucket with some of you and I know you feel the same way about me. There are solutions, real concrete honest to goodness solutions, but no one wants them, they would much rather ensure a future need to all these new businesses keep everyone working through a shit load of money, could have been saved if we had just worked together toward a solution but no one wants that. Somehow I think I have written about this before like a few thousand times before “Doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results.”
