Have you ever flown in or out of SBA and wondered what people up in the Air Traffic Control tower see?

Local aviation organizations and ATC collaborated on a technical tour for a small group of pilots, that included a few minutes out on the high catwalk. Here’s a panorama of some pix I snapped there. Having flown all over North America, I formed two opinions: SBA has the best ATC personnel, and the widest variety of fabulous views. Within an hour of here by small plane are the lowest and highest points in the continental U.S.
