Santa Maria Police Detectives Conducting Stabbing Investigation

On Sunday, 6/16/19, at 0650 hours SMPD Officers were dispatched to Marian Hospital for a male suffering from a stab wound to the torso. SMPD Detectives were notified and responded to conduct the investigation. It was discovered that the victim had been in the area of Newlove and Miller where he was stabbed by unknown suspects earlier the same date. The victim is currently in stable condition.
