Santa Maria Asks for Help in Finding Felon

In less than 24 hours, the Santa Maria Community provided identifying information on a parolee who led officers on a dangerous pursuit in a stolen vehicle. Manuel Frank Perez, 41, of Santa Maria, is wanted for felony charges and SMPD is once again asking for the community’s help in locating him.

Perez is a Hispanic male, approximately 5’11, 230 lbs, with a moustache, a shaved head, and numerous tattoos. A photograph is attached.

Any information that will assist in locating Perez can be called into SMPD dispatch at (805) 928-3781 ext. 2277 and can be left anonymously. We are not asking the public to physically detain Perez.
