Another badly written and inappropriate survey almost certainly the result of spending silly money on a “consultant.” The first thing to note is that the questions are directed at employers by and large. People who are retired or work on their own or are stay at home people are allowed to answer the questions which means the answers are distorted. There should be a screening question to determine which category of respondent you are in. So the results of this effort should not be relied on for any policy decisions.
I took the 10 minutes to fill it out, and when I submitted it “SurveyMonkey” responded “”Hmm. We’re having trouble finding that site.” So that was a waste of time. Poorly designed survey, I cringe to think how many tax dollars went into it.
