On June 22, 2021, the City of Santa Barbara adopted its two-year financial plan for Fiscal Years (FY) 2022 and 2023, and operating budget for FY 2022, as required by the City Charter.
The Adopted Operating and Capital Budget for FY 2022 is comprised of all City funds, including the General Fund, special revenue funds, and enterprise funds. Each fund accounts for distinct and uniquely funded operations. The FY 2022 Adopted Budget includes a total combined operating budget of $357.6 million and a combined capital budget totaling $60 million.
