Rumbling in Goleta?

Anyone know what the rumbling noise is this morning in Goleta? It reminds me of rocket launches from VAFB, but not as long. It’s so loud it’s shaking my windows and glass doors. It’s going off pretty frequently, maybe every 10 to 20 seconds.
