Think before you vote. We tend to vote with out heart not our mind. No jail no bail no consequences. No one is safe.look at Los Angeles thieves busting into at home Christmas parties one after another robbing all the guests.
A few years ago I reported a couple of robberies at Macy's and as far as I know the PD didn't even respond. Gave them vehicle descriptions and license numbers.
Think we can all agree we'd like to see these dick-heads caught and put away for a long time... God bless our law enforcement! May they be effective and timely.
Watcher237 : Wishful thinking , reality is that JB86 : Woke D.A. just don't prosecute anymore and put them right back out on the street.
But that's what Ca wants !
Certainly you and I do want to see these jerks put away. But there is an element that has taken hold in SF and LA that is doing everything that they can to not keep anyone from going to prison. Those are the people who brought us Prop 47 and zero dollar bail. Don't let that happen here.
Am amaz d it took so long for professional thieves to discover SB. The Macy's job was professional, but the other 2 were , it seems to me, small time crooks. Imagine the take from the Rescue Mission! And, yes, to make absurd political statements totally missed t.he point. The point is,: pickings are good here. The police cannot be everywhere, but they have an excellent response time...usually.
JB86 : Busting them would accomplish nothing : Woke D.A. just don't prosecute anymore and put them right back out on the street.
But that's what Ca wants !
If these crimes continue to proliferate, I'm afraid some people will take the law into their own hands to protect their businesses. That would introduce more danger, but is entirely legal, even in CA. Let's hope police can bust some of these people and put a damper on these crimes.
Policemen can't even be trusted to use guns safely in stores and you want them handed out to slightly trained store security or clerks. Yours is a good argument for staying home and shopping on line.
Aware - I haven't heard of many "professional thieves" involved in robberies here. Most are likely average crooks/drug addicts. Too bad business owners choose not to use Messrs., Smith & Wesson on their staff. Whoa Nelly, their Cousin Mr. Shot Gun would do a bang up job and may deter this problem if used a couple times. But, easy for me to say. I won't have the buzzards coming after me for injuring these clowns who also have families to feed, once they've taken their drug of choice of course.
Yeah, this is the latest thang in LA, spreading out to Ventura, SB Riverside and San Berdu. A lot of these people are gangsters and are armed. Dangerous.
Departed in a 2019 white 4-door Mercedes. They have the license plate which returns out of Los Angeles. The vehicle was last seen heading NB on La Cumbre

Dec 31, 2021 03:35 PMThe problem is that even if caught these criminals will see no time in jail or prison.
Liberals in California have legalized some crimes.
