I’m hearing a lot of reports of people being trapped. At 339 Hot Springs Road, some people are trapped with other people missing. Ambulances are needed but none are available. Hearing a lot of people being trapped in their yards and homes, an elderly woman trapped on Olive Mill, in the 1200 block of E. Valley Road there are reports of children missing. Heard 13 people are sheltering in place in a home but unsure where.
At 1913 Elise Way there’s a house flooded.
People are getting trapped as they try to exit Highway 101 to get around the freeway.
