CHP on scene one unit the fire is not affecting the road at this time the fire is about 20 feet from the road.

I’m at the base of Hwy 154 at Foothill and I’m not seeing smoke. But we saw a phoscheck tanker fly over.
I believe the old black and white police car with the Lompoc fire was dismissed after the owner was interviewed by law enforcement.
