  1. On Thursday at the intersection of Figueroa and Chapala I entered slightly after the light turned green. I looked over to the Chapala cars stopped at the intersection but a high speed driver came out from between the 2 lanes and very nearly t-boned me. The light on Chapala had been red for a reasonable amount of time as evidenced by the stopped drivers in the other 2 lanes. The car was a 4-door light colored sedan but I didn’t see the license plate and felt it would be too risky to chase it. Should I have called 911?
