The property was built in 1955 and later renovated in 1993.

Additional rooms serve as an office, gym, library, and bedrooms. The home also includes a laundry room, while exterior features include a patio, lawn, and mature trees.

The property is equipped with central air conditioning and forced-air heating. Water is supplied by the Montecito Water District, with sewer hookups in place. Parking includes a two-car garage that is detached from the main residence.
