Police pursuing a suspect on the east side. I ran outside to see it, my legs cramped up.

I guess they caught him in the bathroom another copper says he found evidence in the bathroom and asked the otter copper if the guy was wearing a back pack...

Vehicle code violations plus Muni code violations along with 148 Obstruction of Justice first he went South toward me but he went the other way and is somewhere in the 300 Block of North Milpas..I don't know if he's in a car or on a bicycle.

Liquor...They lost visual on him.. More police responding started in the Pet Co parking lot I hope it aien't my friend Tony...

And my scanner craped up...East bound behind Milpas liquer wearing a grey ball cap..
