Interesting tidbit out of this; SBPD advised the Sheriff's that, by policy they will not intervene; no pit or spike strips. Good to know, especially for the crooks.
We were eating outside at the Tee Off when the car went slowly by with 5 police cars tailing it, sirens and lights. The car stopped at the traffic light!!! People were coming out of businesses, watching the show, as they pulled out and continued on Mr Toad's wild Ride!
